WP1 - Coordination and Management

 

 

Co-ordination and Management

Co-ordinatiom and management of the FP7 funded EUROmediCAT project included the following tasks:

1. Financial management and liaison with the Commission (University of Ulster)
2. Collate interim and final reports for the Commission (University of Ulster)
3. Coordinate dissemination of progress and results, including establishing and updating the website (University of Ulster)
4. Organise and minute meetings, both Steering Group and General (University of Ulster and University of Groningen)
5. Provide archiving (University of Ulster)
6. Manage the consortium agreement (University of Ulster)
7. Co-ordinate ethics committee approvals (University of Ulster)

The Project Management Committee delivering the above tasks consisted of Prof Helen Dolk (Ulster University), Dr Briege Lagan (to 2014, Ulster University) and Dr Johannes Michiel Luteijn (from 2014, Ulster University) and Prof Lolkje de Jong van den Berg (University of Groningen) and Dr Marian Bakker (to 2014 University Medical Centre Groningen).  Financial, other administrative tasks and website were managed by Ms Barbara Norton and Mrs Barbra Webber (Ulster University).
